Time is very important in a person’s life. Well at least in mine it is.
It keeps everyone organized with just 12 numbers we know what we’re supposed to be doing, where and for how long.
Time is a key point for our social lives too. Spending too much of it can be dangerous in a way that will be toxic to your life or be the best thing that can happen to someone.
It cannot be bought but can be shortened. If you’re not too careful it can be snatched from under your feet unexpectedly. Life that is. Not to get religious but only God will know the exact time you have on this Earth.
Time can determine so much.
We don’t know when we will take our last breath so time should be taken very seriously.
The time spent with people we love and cherish becomes endless and sometimes taken for granted. We become so preoccupied with our regular routines that we leave those behind trying to make a living for the rest of our lives.
How unfair that seems. To grow and to create a family but stuck working for a living rather than watching our own offspring grow and learn new things. It’s only a matter of time until they fall into the very same routine.
We become so overwhelmed and busy with our own lives that we forget those who brought us up. Who taught us right from wrong. In the light of the ending of their lives we ponder as to why we didn’t spend enough time with them, returned or gave them a call, or reflect on the last time we spent time with them.
Those who are important enough and who have become priorities get the most of a person’s time. They show they’re invested in what is truly number one. If that’s not the case you will find yourself spending a lot of time to yourself. Perhaps you have different priorities as well.
Time is more than a mere clock or hour glass. What will you do with yours?
